hi, wanting u might just want to skip prac on fri haha, each of us filled one agar well with solution in e 3 hours, den e TA told us so this will be the first and last time we need to do this haha..unless we intend to do research.
Actually on e topic of brooding, (ok last post abt it=p always thinkg too much n talk nonsense) sometimes i have a lot of thoughts which i rather not keep thinkg abt, and they keep popping out and feels like can't be controlled. But i just need relaxatn lah, when i try to exercise oftener im better. Really think meditation is good,helps you stop thinking about useless negatives and be in a much more positive state, u feel more refreshed. And i think mind state is also very affected by health state.
