hey i think can ask for tartar sauce with fries think last time my fren asked for it... i keep a diary too... eh but i feel better everytime i write in my diary leh it is sort of like letting go of certain negative emotions and unhappiness whenever i write out everything..maybe the study got some interview or recall bias or maybe even confounders haha now whenever i see studies, i think of cofm yikes hee:)

talking abt buddha's teachings, i havent been actively practising them i think cos i still get easily frustrated with myself and others oh well but i guess it takes time... have been consoling myself that tmr will always be a better day hee:) ... thinking of watching a movie next week i feel so deprived haha but have so much stuff to catch up on.. with tuition and the project stuff, think i shud make use of whatever time i have to mug and stop thinking abt playing haha

hmm... just a thought is it very hard to treat everybody as your fren... i guess everything shud shun4 qi2 zi4 ran2..maybe shud remind myself that everyone has a good side to them... i shouldnt be too critical of people... well at least now i m too busy to have time to be critical abt people liao haha shud just accept everyone as who they are afterall everyone is unique...
