wanting thats gd that you found the course useful. i also gained quite a bit i think, the meditation is kinda therapeutic, really very good. only i always miss my bus stop and end up shopping at thomson plaza. ur sis said my subconscious must be wishing to go shopping thats why.haha. did notice u r more happy lookg anyway. my wish-list for next wk--go biz canteen to eat vege lasagne, apple pie, german salad, fried mantou!!! oh yes and maksim mrvica's cd, i really love the piece called 'claudine'^____^
