hey everyone. wanting and zijuan, glad that your ca is over, so now can finally relax. i am feeling very tired, and sick recently. somehow i think this quarter of school is very stressful. this is the first time i have really felt stress during the 1.5 years of uni leh. haha... been sick.. so have been sleeping a lot..
recently i feel that i really kind of lack interest in what i have been studying and getting quite worried because of it. biostats, for some reason, just doesn't interest me. developmental bio and cell bio is interesting, but developmental is very very heavy. and as for humanities, we are still doing philosophy. descartes' "i think, therefore i am", separation of the mind and the body. during one lecture introducing us to descartes, i was like, "do they have anything else better to do?". that speaks of my lack of interest.
recently read this article about an rjc parent complaining (in straits times forum) of the orientation game called "taupok" ( pple pile on top of another) in rjc. complaining that taupok should be kept at where it usually is found, in soup. the insignificance of the issue and it's blowing up by the parent is really quite ridiculous. and i hate the way the parent hints that the jc he is talking about is rj. he describes the jc by saying "premier jc in bishan-amk area". i was like "har?". if he wants to name the jc, just name it, if not then just shut up. =p i am just curious because i don't believe that other schools don't have the same orientation game. i don't really think that rjc is so original as to invent a new game totally on its own. ai.. dunno lar.
worried about school, worried about health, worried about a lot of other rubbish.
sigh.
