Hi people! Been neglecting this blog for some time and thought I should make a "comeback". Been nice meeting everyone during the hols and celebrating zijuan and wanting's bdaes. So how's 1 yr into adulthood? :)

I'm pretty busy these 2 weeks, it is very stupid when you have all your lab reports and marked tutorials due the same week and judging by my incredulously inefficient speed at churning out a lab report, I always have to experience the mad hassle of meeting my deadline, or rather, my extended deadlines.

I have to extend my reports' deadlines because I've been involved in the Sino-Singapore Exchange Programme ( the cool thing is I get to go to China for free - details later. :p) which as the claims states, is to foster interaction b/w Singapore and PRC students and is going pretty well, bascially because we're interacting with people of our age. The PRC students are here in Singapore and they'll be here for 2 weeks, understanding Spore and its history and culture and the people and US. and so we're assigned a buddy each and omg my buddy takes an uncanny resemblance to zijuan!

Her voice may not be as angelic as Zijuan (*winks*) but she has a voice as sweet as saccharine or watever sweet stuff. :p and she's so demure that my ntu fren couldn't stop reminding me of that fact for the past 1 week and that i should learn from my buddy. -.- But basically it was an easy task for me interacting with my buddy as I felt as if I'm juz interacting with another zijuan of a different nationality. :p

Anyway, to reciprocate, I will be going to China in mid-May for 2 weeks as part of the China leg programme. my buddy is from NE normal university in Changchun city in the Northern part of China, and we also have students from other different uni in Beijing, Yunnan and Jilin. Though only the dates for the China leg have been confirmed, I'm still pretty hopeful about the itinery. I wouldn't mind revisiting Shanghai to "resume" my shoppings but if I can go to Yunnan and experience its "wow-ing" scenery, it's definitely a plus point. :)

Well, I have a deadline for one of my reports which is supposedly due today, but cos of the Exchange, I asked my prof to extend the deadline for my fren and I, which explains why I'm blogging now while everyone else is rushing through their report. :P

So how's everyone doing? Take care and try to blog! :)
